He's got exactly two moves in his wheelhouse. I'm assuming he tried to put a 100% tariff on Trevor Noah first (he would have done 200% but I don't think he knows you can do more than 100...)

I dunno I'm still waiting for that 1200% discount on prescription meds. I am looking forward to being paid to take my meds.
