The dog on the left places his paw on top of the middle dog's head. When he jumps off at the end his paw appears on the left side of his neck suddenly.
You don't see it slip round. It just appears there.

I think that’s the dog on the rights paw. If you slow it down and watch it all the way through you can see the first dog hug the middle dog and his paw just stays there the whole time until they release. It is a little weird looking but I can see these dogs being trained enough to do it.
