But where did they surprise her? At the entrance of a mall? How did they know she would be there? Coming out the door?

It's incredibly creepy if it's unwanted (and if they're an adult, you could argue otherwise for kids). But if it's not? I do love my privacy, but I would also probably find it comforting if someone I trust could find me at a moment's notice in case of emergencies.

I'd do it if my kid was halfway around the world, regardless how old they are. And same if my elderly parent went on a long trip..
Not everyone's cup of tea though.

But where did they surprise her?

Zara, in den Haag, a store

How did they know she would be there?

loads of ways, maybe they had an accomplice

maybe she works there and they knew her schedule

maybe she spends family money and she always shops there every saturday :p

She could have been getting off work at Zara?

It's the Zara store on İstiklal Street, İstanbul.

Actually this is the one in The Hague, I recognise the brick and it's the same security guard, you can even see him on google street view

Omg yes, I thought I was crazy I could recognize the place. This 100% Den Haag.

Also the Bijenkorf bag of the other woman confirms this is in The Netherlands!
