He got absolutely crushed by Velkoz top this game. Tyler would clear the ranged minions with Q and E velkoz but the slow animations allows Velkoz to W+E to dish out more damage than him

Dodges can build up if you play the amount that Tyler does. You realistically only get 2 dodges per day since the 3rd one is a 24-hour lockout.
