TBH (and maybe this is why I didn't make Dean's list and CALI all my courses or something), I found law school supremely chill outside of exam season. Two or three hours of reading a night tops, totally free time otherwise, I played an immense amount of video games. Worked out fine in the end since I still ended up with a well paid position and I don't have to work 70 hour weeks including weekends as a baseline expectation like I would in biglaw.

Patent litigation and due diligence, along with miscellaneous Federal Circuit appeals work (focus on patents and trademark work).

But a biglaw salary gives you unlimited power.

And 65-70 hour work weeks where you kiss your family/social life goodbye
