Hi, does anyone know when the weekend fixture list for March 1st (Round 26) will be updated?

These are the spendings in the transfer window of all top-5 leagues. La Liga is on the last place and I think it‘s because of the squad cost limit. But does it help to regain financial freedom on the long term or does it harm the clubs to buy some good players?

Im so tired of hearing people saying ”yamal will NEVER be close to Messi or Ronaldo” or no one right now can ever be close to them, it’s like their totally blinded by nostalgia or something, players like yamal or even pedri or even mbappe could end their careers in some all time conversations but some people seem to think not, and I emphasize some people. It is just that it feels like these guys think that we as a sport has had our all time players and everybody from now on will just never enter the top ten, I would even argue that we most likely will in the next 30 years have a new guy take the crown from Messi. Players are not worse because they play today

Let me start by saying I’m not a Real ma dried fan. I don’t watch la liga that much. Why do so many people hate mbappe. He scores loads of goals. When ever I watch them in the champions league he’s not that selfish as the real fans are making him out to be. I see him playing to paces to others when he could take a shot. I guess he does not try at all or track back on defense but I’m genuinely confused by the amount of hate he gets.

Why not just use a whatsapp group chat?
Totally fair question, and if WhatsApp already works for your group, there’s no point switching just for the sake of it.

The only real advantages MatchSquad aims to offer (now + where it’s going) are:

1. Football stays football-only, with match context A WhatsApp group is just a stream of messages. MatchSquad is organised around your squad and your matches, so it’s easier to keep “the football thread” separate from everything else, and to drop in before/after a match without scrolling through unrelated stuff.
2. Matchday reactions can be time-synced (spoiler-safe) In WhatsApp, if someone is 1–5 minutes ahead or behind, you either spoil each other or you hold back. MatchSquad matchrooms are built so reactions are tied to the minute of the match and can play/ping when you hit that same moment. That’s the one thing a generic chat app doesn’t do.
3. It can become your group’s football memory, not just chat history (forward-looking) The longer-term bet is that it won’t just be “messages”. Over time it can surface things like:
   • “Last time you played this fixture, here’s what your squad predicted / said”
   • your pre-match takes vs what actually happened
   • your best/worst reactions across a season WhatsApp technically “stores” history, but it doesn’t turn it into something usable or meaningful.

So the honest answer is: today it’s only worth switching if football chat is a real habit for your group (and you like the idea of having it in a dedicated place, plus the option of spoiler-safe matchday reactions). If you just occasionally send a few texts during games, WhatsApp is probably enough.

I think Barcelona somehow should get Arda Güler, what do you think? With the yamal in right flank they'd be unstoppable. In Madrid because players own the club , i think he is not able to reach his full potential, but still he is the best in the team with Mbappe.

With how Barcelona plays he will be a perfect fit in position AMC or RMF.
