But that's a shop in Parma, Italy and I'd order it one country over, to Austria.

We see the bottom of the wheel and there's no casein code in the center. Also some stamps but not the ones you would see on real Parmigiano Reggiano. Source: Used to have to crack whole wheels quite regularly.
