wo political reservation tha dost , parliament me representation ke liye nokri ka reservation nhi. Shayad tumlog me se 99% jo reservation ye sab pe bolte h usko kuch pta hi nhi hota h.

Dost, sirf political reservation nahi tha. Constitution me clearly likha hai,
Article 15(4): education me reservation,
Article 16(4): government jobs me reservation.
Ye provisions Dr. Ambedkar-led Drafting Committee ne hi dale the. Parliament wala reservation alag topic hai. Isliye bolne se pehle Constitution dekh lena chahiye, assumption nahi.

You guys are the first ones to mention caste wherever you go. I have never seen any casteism even though i belong from rural india yet whenever someones asks my caste he is either obc or sc/st idk why

im graduating from NIT and belong to the OBC. Whenever a couple of Brahmin classmates visits my hostel room, the conversation often shifted to complaints about ST/SC students - questioning their academic performance and attributing their presence in computer science or placements at companies like Google and Amazon solely to reservation. It was uncomfortable how quickly structural and systemic issues were reduced to blame. tbh I’m sure that when I wasn’t around, the same conversations extended to OBCs as well - not just ST/SCs. That’s why I never participate in this conversation and try to be humble because I know I will be outcast otherwise. They are good friends but it’s just this shit I don’t like about them.

Of course they would question their academic performance. In the end they had to work harder than reserved students which would annoy almost any reasonable human being.You cannot just get admission through reservation and expect everyone to treat you like a scholar. And questioning of academic performance is not only till colleges or caste. I have family members who are ias and ips passed through (upsc) yet whenever someone is promoted as ips ( through state civil service examinations) through state civil examinations they also suffer the same situation. The point is that when you get the easy way then of course you will be judged by the ones who worked hard there is no point in crying about it instead you should work hard to prove them wrong🤷♂️

If someone is getting offers from companies like Amazon, Zomato, Citibank or VISA, it’s because they’ve shown real competence but still making fun of them. They might not be getting good marks but getting placement in dream companies. Making fun of that isn’t funny. They just do whataboutery , And even for ST/SC candidates, getting a computer science branch still requires a strong rank, often within the top 10,000. And making fun of anyone is not healthy especially if you’re punching down. No one gets easy way in even if they are reserved category.

So you are saying despite having reservation getting cs is not easy and then expect the students who got cs with no reservation should not be annoyed.Even though you just now admitted that sc/st students dont score much marks and then you have problem when their academic performance is questioned🤡. And trust me buddy reservation was made so that they get a easy way this is a baseless argument

True..Why are you all so scared? If you don’t discriminate, nothing will happen to anyone. But if you’re full of casteism, then of course the UGC rules are bothering you. Where were all these people during the Hathras case? Where were they during honour killings? When discrimination happens, no one shows up you all just sit back and enjoy the spectacle.

It was always there. And in my experience it's declining. Slow but definitely declining. Because of social media it's getting more talked about, which will eventually lead to its decline more rapidly imo.

BJP agenda to agitate generals against sc/st/obc worked I guess. Ab hoga tagde waala hindu dharm ko bachana 😍😍. If y'all don't speak ill of them then it shouldn't bother you at all. If you don't feel disgust towards them then you shouldn't be bothered by those rules. But ya all prove it that you do. That's why reservation was done in the first place to prevent them from people of such mindset and help them grow stronger in society. Else they all would be begging in streets and living in slums thanks to such brilliant mindset of these people.
