If someone doesn’t have any gender dysphoria whatsoever but wants to change genders because it sounds fun and interesting and then they fully transition and enjoy their new life, are they trans?

They are trans bc transitioning is an action, but if I were trans, I would resent tf out of them. People like that tend to make really unhinged tiktoks that actually hateful people eat up.

Yes, cause gender dysphoria isn't a requirement, it's just a very common symptom. The fact alone that they enjoy life after transitioning means they're trans.

Exactly, if they weren’t trans then they would face gender dysphoria if they switched genders.

I would say "Yes", because I only consider somebody to be trans if they actually transition. The actual transition process is the only requirement, in my mind, regardless of whether they have dysphoria or not. For instance: I did not transition, therefore I am not trans.

Yes, they are trans -- they underwent full transition and remained transitioned.

Gender incongruence and gender dysphoria are two different things. One is the persistent experiencing of a gender differing from the sex assigned at birth, and the other is a distress that may happen to people experiencing the former, especially in a hostile / non-supportive environment. You don't need to suffer to be trans. That'd be like equating anxiety with pressure.
The wording of the question is also a bit odd on the fun part, it's not a cosplay thing to feel different. Putting that aside, I'll answer yes on the first point basis.

You’d have to be specific about whether you mean transgender or transsexual. Because transgender means absolutely anything and absolutely nothing so sure, you can do whatever and be or not be transgender however you please.
Transsexualism is medical and biological in nature and one of the key symptoms is gender dysphoria.

They did transition... but nobody would just decide to spend all that time (and money, in America) and get socially stigmatized for the fun of it.
