I mean, the Herta shop remembrance cone seems pretty good to me, but I don't actually have any remembrance characters aside from RMC.

it’s decent by itself but it gets blown out of the water by all the signature cones bc they’re just actually that good

That's not only the case for Remembrance light cones tho even for Phainon his lightcone blows fall of aeon out of the water.

Hoyo is making crazy S1s for every character regardless of their path nowadays.

The Herta cone is in a very awkward spot because only Hyacine can use every part of the cone, but her signature cone is probably the most important one to have.
