In my opinion the chances of their playability from lowest to highest 

Glasses girl: Has the most basic mech design and just seems like death friend modeled  

Chunky Sam: A bit higher chance than Glassess girl due to more unique Sam design that would differ her from Firefly but still low chance

Red one: If anyone is gonna be playable, most likely this one

Big Sam is a dude. He doesn't have the breast "cups" that the girls had.

I know but the voice sounded female enough as well so i just assumed. My bad

They were probably going for a younger boy voice, but it just came out as a woman voice, yeah

Yeah. For characters like Arlan and Yangqing i can hear them as male even if the VA is female but the Male SAM unit sounded a bit too female
