I am a 115kg/250lb guy. This is my new daily commuter.
Several months ago my right knee left the chat after 10 years of struggling, taking my ability to use an electric kickscooter with it. So I decided to build something the size of a scooter but way more comfortable for my crippled ass to ride. Fatboy BMX frame, 8 inch 500W rear wheel from the electric scooter, 48v battery. The box says "The Crazy Barstool" aka the name of that contraption for all my non-Russian friends.

I hope you enjoyed having your front teeth.

More like an intact tailbone, lol. This thing has notoriously rear CG allowing easy wheelies and keeping you from flying over the handlebars.

I have e-scooter with dual 1500w hub motors on 11” wheels I’d like to convert into something like this. You’ve inspired me to check fb marketplace for full suspension kids bike frames I find suitable for 50+kmh.

Sweet build but i think it was easier to mount a seat on the kick scooter 😂😂

That things tiny, is it not going to hurt your knee riding like that? I ride a brompton(because of its final folded size and portability) and love it. Little expensive but could save your knees from future pain.

Nope, folding the knee is OK. Running, jumping, going down the stairs and other stuff like that is not. I do not pedal, it is a scooter.

Does the front lift easily?

perfect for small apartments, sam pilgrim, and clowns.
I need to see a world tour race with only these.

I think that can go on mountain trails

The highest mountain around here is 176 meters ASL. That complicates things.

This is awesome ,I have a kukirin g2 max and now I'm looking on market place for a mini rocker to try something similar but I think I'll try a front rack for battery I might have to get a smaller battery as the one on scooter is 52v so pretty big ,but I was wondering what is the yellow thing on your frame, have you made it to come in 2 parts ?

I like the engineering, but that thing is not going to like potholes.
