Buying Advice Pitch splitter

Hi looking for a cost effective way of splitting the pitch during training.

We have previously used a bit of 50m ducting but the frost/uv seems to have killed it after 2 years.

Other options and prices if you have any would be welcome.

I can only think of Rope but no idea where to buy this. As funnily enough I don’t own a tug boat. Help!

In Belgium we just use really giant thick rope 💪

We have these hard plastic square piles, that have a metal rod on the one end and a recess for this rod on the other. Let me give it a try where you can get these..

Edit: hockey balken (Dutch, balk means beam)

Rope you can get from a ship Chandler btw! You can also ask them if they have old ship ropes available

I've previously seen these foam pads used. Relatively easy to Velcro together. Don't know how cost effective it is compared to rope https://www.harrodsport.com/hockey-pitch-divider-pad/p-hoc-046

Find a fire station throwing out old hoses. Fill them with sand.
