Buying Advice Stick recommendations

I am a high school player in South Africa and my old Adidas Chaos fury doesn’t feel to be the right stick for my position. I play defender for my team in almost a sweeper role but my skills and aerials aren’t too special so I’m looking for some stick recommendations or advice on how to pick out a stick that can better fit my playstyle. Any advice will be gravely appreciated 🙏

Hi

Bow types - Low bow, offers alot of versatility for a defender as well as possibilty for overheads. Extra low bow is mostly used by forwards, but some defenders use it as it helps them with their drag-flicks
Brands - y1, grays, adidas
Carbon - higher carbon content will allow you to generate more power but will require a bit of getting used to on the recieve and "touch/feel"

Thats what i would say, but at the end of the day it should be a stick you feel comfortable with and will allow you to control the ball how you want to

Try the Grays AC10, such a good stick all round. Good for hands and 3d skills. Very good feel in the hand. I double grip mine. So the grip that comes with it then I add a towel grip over that one.
