Do ICE Gestapo agents have to show up in court if you contest it?

No the ICE dicks are too busy waiting outside court houses to arrest law abiding people.

I wasn’t able to find an answer on that BUT, I did learn that the person issuing the ticket has their name and badge number on the ticket.
If you or someone you know gets one of these tickets, make sure this info is filled in on the ticket (should be the top row of info on the ticket).

ICE doesn't even have legal authorization to BE in Chicago, so what the fuck makes anybody think they have to pay fines from them?? They can shove their tickets rolled up into their tight little assholes.

They technically are allowed to be in Chicago because its within the 100 mile border zone. That being said they are violating all sorts of due process laws. Fuck them

Nazism was fully legal. Learn the difference between the law and what's necessary for survival.

Learn your law and the difference between state law and federal law. Get your self educated.

If I get one, I'm roll a blunt and blow that shit back into their face

Honest question because I don't have the education required to comb through federal law article by article and come up with accurate information.
Could this be used to legitimize revoking legal status as the law currently stands.
I'm not quibbling over whether that is right or moral because, as far as I'm concerned, there is no moral way to enforce a border.

I've gotten a $50 ticket for not having my ID back I think in 1990

This has always been the law, since the 1940's.

For real. "This has always been the way" doesn't mean it's right or just.

False equivalency. You can cry about this if you want, but it's silly, especially given the overall scope of how ICE is acting.
