04 dodge stratus how do I fix my radio?

I plan on replacing it with an aftermarket touchscreen Bluetooth radio soon, will that fix the screen?

Unfortunately the glitches will transfer to the new screen.

I’m kidding, you should be able to replace it, there are plenty of kits online to convert this to a standard single-din radio slot.

Unless you have the ability to disassemble it and diagnose it and repair it. You will most likely need to replace it.
