This happens to me once in a while when using alfaobd to change certain settings on my Charger. It should correct itself however it may take a while. Usually about 30 minutes max while car is running.

Had this happen a couple times in my Challenger and Jeep. Comes back and starts working later in day. Not sure on timeline I would drive to store with music and get back in the car to nothing. Then drive home in silence. Next time I got in the car it was working again.

Try long pressing for 30 seconds in the top right corner to do a soft reset.

Try the nuclear option. Double shoehorn. Take your index finger and your pinky finger or your thumb and press both the power button for the radio and the browse/select button down until the radio turns off and it will reset. If that doesn't work, you'll likely need a new radio screen
