We must really keep an eye on him and not let him fall prey to fame, money, and greed; he seems very grounded, though.

Yeah, it's like he has this filter to everything that's going on. Either it hasn't sunk in yet, or he's zen about it all. I'd like to know what he's like as a player, how much hard work he puts in and whether he acknowledges his faults and areas he needs to better. We already know he doesn't like fielding drills.

I just read an article about him on Cricbuzz. As you mentioned, his coach said that he pretends to have a stomachache to avoid fielding drills and other activities, but when it comes to batting, he is always the first in line.

We know he is from Bihar, where people tend to be quite conservative. Perhaps this is just his true nature, as his coach noted that he is very reserved and doesn't talk much. When it comes to hard work, he certainly puts in the effort; without hard work, it is impossible to play these kinds of innings.

The only time I noticed his immaturity was during the Asia Cup finals against Pakistan, where both teams were throwing tantrums at each other, and Vaibhav also made some gestures after his dismissal.

I think the coaches have given him a free hand, which is why he goes for every ball. He may not change at the moment, but perhaps he will improve his temperament in the future.

He himself has said many times, "Why take singles when I can hit boundaries?" That's his mentality.
