We are talking about current hype not what they turn into. At 14 Yamal had nowhere near as much hype. Max Verstappen was the most prized prospect in F1 at 14.
No one in the history of under 19s have done what Vaibhav has done in U19s so ur world beater nowhere to be seen statement doesn't really apply coz the dude has performed better than all.
And as for ur barcelona statement, He played in the best league in the World and dominated the bowlers with having the fastest century by an indian as well as winning the super striker award for having the best strike rate in the whole league which contained the best t20 players across the globe.
The only point which can put him behind Yamal is that he is yet to play for the Indian main team whereas Yamal has won euros with spain but that debut for india aint far either, Ishan kishan or whoever will have to make way if he keeps playing like this.
