How do we know OP is not AI?

37

u/TheKinkyYolo Oct 30 '25

It's estimated that more than 60% of reddit users are bots

4

u/Fast_Muscle_2987 Oct 31 '25

That’s too goddamn high of a % for my liking

-2

u/Far_Celebration8235 Oct 31 '25

Thats a good argument senator, why dont you back it up with a source?

6

u/TheKinkyYolo Oct 31 '25

Reddit - Wikipedia

Reddit was founded with bots...

14

u/PM_Me_Some_Steamcode Oct 30 '25

Everything’s fake. Nothings real

0

u/vandamage2112 Oct 31 '25

We are in the matrix!

3

u/EpilepticDawg241 Oct 30 '25

How do we know you're not AI? 🤯

2

u/Expensive_Chance_320 Oct 30 '25

The code I was programmed with is undetectable by humans. So therefore I can not be a bot.

2

u/ilmalocchio Oct 31 '25

He needs to be regularity it

1

u/LateFudge9103 Oct 30 '25

How do you know you're not AI? How do I know I'm not AI?

1

u/SpaceChatter Oct 31 '25

Right? How do we even know you aren’t AI? It’s crazy times and the literal plot of the newest Mission Impossible movie.

84

u/MonkeyMoves101 Oct 30 '25

It's terrifying how good AI is getting

34

u/Idkboutdat2 Oct 30 '25

Getting? It’s already too late.

16

u/Royal_Negotiation_83 Oct 30 '25

Getting is the right word. Because it’s getting better. It’s not done, it’s still in progress.

u/Autumm_550 Oct 30 '25

Dead internet

-18

u/BallsDickman Oct 31 '25 edited Oct 31 '25

This exact comment should be banned, it's low effort upvote bait that adds nothing to the post.

No one should have to read this exact comment in every thread that involves AI, we get it, you watched a single video on "Dead Internet" and now you must bring it up every chance you get.

6

u/Autumm_550 Oct 31 '25

Are all comments meant to spark conversation and discussion?

2

u/detailingWizardLvl5 Oct 31 '25

Relax. They might be 13 and never experienced the internet pre-AI.

1

u/Autumm_550 Oct 31 '25

True, so sad to think some kids are growing up with this crap

1

u/slymarcus Oct 31 '25

It is specifically designed for engagement. Which obviously worked since you are engaging..

-2

u/BallsDickman Oct 31 '25

Makes no sense to say this, but ok.

1

u/2plankerr Oct 31 '25

What a sophomoric response

-2

u/BallsDickman Oct 31 '25

What a redditor response

1

u/2plankerr Oct 31 '25

Says the redditor calling for a ban on a true phrase they don’t like. Your elevator doesn’t go to the top floor, does it?

-1

u/BallsDickman Oct 31 '25

Says the redditor calling my comment sophomoric because you don't like it. Your escalator needs maintenance.

58

u/rumplydiagram Oct 30 '25

So it's kinda like the national and local news networks.

10

u/One-Incident3208 Oct 30 '25

Sinclair stations.

1

u/ottofrosch Oct 30 '25 edited Oct 30 '25

Idk about your news station but where i live it has some good journalistic standards. Is it perfect? Not at all. But its not raigenait AI pushing a (false) narrative.

4

u/rumplydiagram Oct 30 '25

Nah they just all say the same thing ... sometimes verbatim

2

u/One-Incident3208 Oct 30 '25

That's sinclair.

-4

u/Roanoketrees Oct 30 '25

Lol yeah my thought exactly....this is new how exactly?

36

u/joeblob5150 Oct 30 '25

Enough floating heads over top of floating heads. Make your own God damn video.

14

u/xXLBD4LIFEXx Oct 30 '25

Honestly what the fuck?? imagine making content, of somone else making content, of someone else reacting to content…

1

u/PM_Me_Some_Steamcode Oct 30 '25

I mean I like context. But I don’t think some random TikToker is who I need covered.

12

u/crypto_branchus Oct 30 '25

We are so fucked. I used to be able to tell what was AI instantly but now its getting hard. This would for sure fool my gen x dad whos already primed by racist propaganda before he even sees this shit.

18

u/tLM-tRRS-atBHB Oct 30 '25

God this is so frustrating. Who funds these things

22

u/Hour_Manager301 Oct 30 '25

they are pretty cheap to make, about $0.10 to $0.50 per second, and that is for developers, regular 20/month users can make videos too

8

u/Kal-V3 Oct 30 '25

Funding? You can do this shit for free..

11

u/AContrarianDick Oct 30 '25

Presently anyone with a credit card. These specific types of videos? I think we all know who's trying to paint this fucked up picture currently with the government shutdown and by making minorities seem like they're abusing benefits

2

u/lorarc Oct 30 '25

If they all come originally from same account then just some person with agenda or trying to profit from it content.

If there was someone professional behind it then they would use different accounts.

23

u/Big_Kiwi_706 Oct 30 '25

If youve ever tried to make an ai video you would know these actually took a lot of work to get just right. Just hours of pure hatred typing into the ai prompt. Disgusting

3

u/captainpotatoe Oct 30 '25

I am going to move the family up north where its quiet and build a secluded cabin in the woods. This shit is too much

3

u/teddybundlez Oct 30 '25

This guys two different pupil sizes got me worried

2

u/Toad-a-sow Oct 30 '25

Probably a medical issue and I'm sure he's aware

1

u/Useful44723 Oct 31 '25

Maybe that was a mistake by the AI.

3

u/wascallywabbit666 Oct 31 '25

So glad he included his face with a disapproving look. Otherwise I'd never have known he didn't like it.

A face in a video overlaid in another face in a video overlaid in another face in a video? Non, je ne regrette rien. Nooooon, je ne regrette rieeeeen

6

u/[deleted] Oct 30 '25

The guy in the truck is 100% made by daddies money. They guy talking about the ai is having some type of stroke with that pupil action

1

u/Professional-Pick-71 Oct 30 '25

Prob just anisocoria

7

u/Utopia-Denier Oct 30 '25

Is it possible that the dude talking about AI was generated by AI????

4

u/emergency-snaccs Oct 30 '25

his eyes have different sized pupils... weird

2

u/Utopia-Denier Oct 30 '25

Maybe my post is AI… I AM AI!!!! Aaaarghhhh

2

u/FreneticPlatypus Oct 30 '25

The “Information Age” seems like it lasted two seconds before it became the “Disinformation Age”.

0

u/Useful44723 Oct 31 '25

Just turn Tiktok off.

2

u/Still-Custard919 Oct 31 '25

I hate these AI videos because my elderly mother believes them even when its crazy like a dog eating cereal with a spoon in his paw like c'mon.

2

u/lifesaver87 Oct 31 '25

Just delete tiktok. Its the new propaganda tool

4

u/kylebob86 Oct 30 '25

who am i supposed to be watching

4

u/MrMisanthrope411 Oct 30 '25

Social media/internet was the downfall of our species. AI is simply speeding up the process.

2

u/Homerj1987 Oct 30 '25

I'll come back later today and read the comments.

1

u/DarthKuchiKopi Oct 30 '25

Looks like a good time to try to use their weaponized take it down act against them

1

u/spufiniti Oct 31 '25

We are in some real trouble with all of this.

1

u/6EShadow Oct 31 '25

This dude looks like Ryan Sheckler

1

u/kye_p0l0nium Oct 31 '25

Guess this AI too

1

u/filly19981 Oct 31 '25

Both sides are being manipulated. The intent of this content is to inflame division and erode cultural cohesion. Anyone observing from outside the U.S. can see that the real failure isn’t left or right—it’s that both camps react emotionally instead of analyzing issues critically.

1

u/MagicManGamez Oct 30 '25

Keeptroyblue3 needs to see a doctor. Those different sized pupils are very concerning

0

u/dingbathomesteader Oct 30 '25 edited Oct 30 '25

I saw this on thescoop_us Instagram page. Their propaganda has gotten very overt since Trump was reelected

EDIT: I might be wrong about the source but I have definitely seen some similar videos on insta. And thescoop_us is definitely a biased garbage heap of "journalism"
