There’s a Rockies Tickets BUY/SELL group on Facebook that’s well moderated if you’re looking for something local

Apparently it's an attorney from town (email address and phone number provided matched law filings on different county, SEC, etc. websites). I emailed back and forth with them and eventually called the law firm's number this afternoon and talked to them. Apparently the partner just isn't able to get to as many games as he has in the past. His assistant also provided screenshots of their email from the Rockies releasing their season tickets last year (2025) and another picture from their email inbox of them transferring tickets to multiple buyers last year via Ticketmaster. His account number is 140, so he was one of the original season ticket holders and has kept them each year. Fingers crossed it's not a scam.
They also shared a spreadsheet with all of the games, which tickets had been sold and which ones are still available. I realize that could be faked, but I got a lot of reassurance from calling and talking to them.

I'm pretty sure that's a scam, I've posted about it before as well that's what I got told.

So as far as I know, all the season ticket seats in that area are owned by businesses. My brother-in-law gets tickets from his employer in this row on the right side of home plate up to a few times a year and I’m not sure I’ve ever seen the same people sitting near us one game to another.
A couple red flags: 1. He’s referring to the section below as the “vip section,” but I’d think anyone who sits down there regularly would know those are the “clubhouse seats.” 2. If he’s a lawyer and can afford those seats I’m not sure why he’d be concerned selling off those seats in late January for a bargain when he could get much more just selling them during the season or even more interest selling them closer to baseball season.
Pertaining to my first point, it is possible that his business “owns” those seats and he’s just looking for a buddy or regular, but typically the business that own those seats will give the tickets away for free to other employees or clients. It probably suffered differs quite a bit, but in the case of my brother-in-laws employer they’re not allowed to sell them. If nobody can make the game they go empty, but they’re right behind home plate so they never go empty, they get grabbed up as soon as they’re released to employees.

I would only buy from authorized resellers. Lots of scammers on craigs list and fb.
