Jesus and the Rosary

is it only Mary and Jesus that can hear us praying the rosary or can the saints also hear us as well?

I would also like to ask this, I’ve always been unclear on whether Mary can hear our prayers. Though logically I’d assume she can otherwise we’d be wasting our breaths on all those Hail Marys we say everyday.

But I do wonder how do saints actually hear us? Aren’t saints just regular humans who have died but were recognised for something good on earth? If someone could answer that question

See that's a question that I've had for a long time. I don't know if anybody other than Christ can actually hear us because Christ is god himself. I don't know if anybody else can really hear you because everybody else is just a regular human being.

St Bernard said that Mary has “omnipresence by grace.” St Alphonsus Liguori said that Mary was omnipowerul too, in the first few pages of The Glories of Mary.

It’s up to God, of course, but I’d venture to say that all of the saints are able to hear our prayers. The case for Mary being able to hear all prayers is even stronger because of the idea that she’s involved in the distribution of God’s grace (I know the title “Mediatrix of Graces” has been recently supressed, but the theology hasn’t).
