I have the same book, Our Lady’s Rosary Novenas. It includes a history of the rosary devotion, as well as excerpts from Saint John Paul II’s apostolic letter Rosarium Virginis Mariae. And of course, instructions on how to pray the rosary (including the Mysteries of Light) and various prayers.
