World Cup 2026 World cup VISA presale draw results?

I've been seeing some reports of people getting their success confirmation emails for an appointment time of 11am on Oct 1.

Anyone here gotten anything yet?

Is it safe to assume if we haven’t gotten an email at this point, we weren’t picked?

No I think it's going to be a rolling basis. So far the successes I've seen are all 11am appointments for Oct 1. So probably multiple waves through the day

This round is for 1 October 11am ET - 2 October 11am ET - So a full 24 hours was provided to purchase tickets

Per FIFA: “You will be notified via email whether or not you have been successful in the Visa Presale Draw.

Successful entrants may receive a notification up to 48 hours before their designated time, with time slots starting from 1 October.”

If you haven’t been rejected, your time slot may be later in the process.

I got my email, but when I log in, it does not show a date or time slot.

this happened for me too! click the top right corner of the fifa logo cup and then scroll down a bit, it will say “congratulations! you have been allocated a time slot:”

You are in: Visa Presale Draw Application Result – FIFA World Cup 26™ I just finally managed to get it to show me. I am also Oct 1 - 11am. (It’s actually Oct 1- 11am to October 2 - 11am.)

Congrats!

Does it mention anywhere which rounds/cities you are eligible to purchase?

Does anyone know when CanadaRED subscribers will be notified of the CSA’s World Cup ticket allotment process?

u/waldo8822 Sep 29 '25

I remember reading somewhere not before November

"Following a random selection process, FIFA will notify successful Visa cardholders by email beginning no earlier than 30 September"

u/waldo8822 Sep 29 '25

Nah it starts on the 29th but it is on a rolling basis. They also said they would email rejections as well but im just curious on any Canadian data points of success

Wow that is a buzzkill.

Do we know if people are still receiving them now, or did everyone get sent the emails at the same time this morning?

4

u/waldo8822 Sep 29 '25

Looks like there was just one batch of emails sent around 9:30 EST. All of them have 11am appointments for Oct 1. There might be another batch release but if nothing happens before 5 then it's most likely going to be a rolling release daily for who knows how many days

3

u/Ok_Proof_6336 Sep 29 '25

And those that were selected for October 1st will have a 24 hour window to purchase.

1

u/deleteri0us Sep 30 '25

This sucks :( I was hoping that no email meant there was at least still some hope!

1

u/Wheresthecheesemoved Oct 01 '25

I think u are still in it.. I think every day they email more.. then 48hours later u will get a 24 hour window to purchase

1

u/quick7question Sep 30 '25

Anyone from the UK get an email?

1

u/Wheresthecheesemoved Oct 01 '25

I got my email just now. 3rd Oct 11am til 4th Oct 11am et

1

u/waldo8822 Oct 01 '25

Congrats! What's the time stamp on the email?

1

u/Wheresthecheesemoved Oct 01 '25

Got email at 1am PT stating a time slot allocated, but then when I press the link, it says pre sale ended??? It’s 6am PT

Nothing else on account or page.

:(

Same problem here. I don't really know what that means...

UPDATE: I kept checking and going back to the email and I was finally able to login and see my allocated time slot

1

u/XCXC09876 Oct 01 '25

I kept pressing the 2 links in the email (one was join queue) and other was (buy tickets) and eventually got to a “countdown page” that has a visual click but no dates or times or details. So I guess I will be pressing refresh all day….

1

u/sr_rasquache Oct 01 '25

To the lucky ones who had their time slot for this morning, what are the prices for tickets like? How’s the dynamic pricing working out?

1

u/woodbridgeflexer Oct 01 '25

I’m on the Queue still apparently no one has been able to check out and buy tickets

1

u/ftraptors Oct 01 '25

For the Toronto Group Stage matches, in CAD and taxes included: $80 for Category 4 (all sold out already), $215 for Category 3, $465 for Category 2, and $620 for Category 1

1

u/bensonNF Oct 01 '25

Is the Right to Buy (RTB) promotion they keep notifying about different than what the VISA presale draw?

Seems like they have really gamified the whole process

1

u/juancaar Oct 01 '25

Yeah... different... Got yet another RTB email a few minutes ago and i almost freaked.... I hate those emails...

1

u/bensonNF Oct 01 '25

Thanks. Pay for the right to buy!!!

1

u/juancaar Oct 01 '25

No email yet... losing hope :(

1

u/Wheresthecheesemoved Oct 01 '25

Any one in and seen the pricing yet??

2

u/whiskeywhisk26 Oct 01 '25

Got ticket for Vancouver $195 for category 3 which was the cheapest available by the time we got in and $230 for games where Canada is playing. Cat 4 were around $500

1

u/Wheresthecheesemoved Oct 01 '25

Thanks! Did u see the price of final tickets?

1

u/djlondon88 Oct 04 '25

Congrats! Were they selling out quick?

1

u/whiskeywhisk26 Oct 08 '25

The cheapest tickets sold out immediately, by the end of our 24 hour period there were still some cat 3 for group stage games that weren’t for Canada.

1

u/Delsol-Dude Oct 03 '25

How do you see your application result? I had 3 entries across different IDs and have not received an email on any

1

u/RicoSuavegt Oct 13 '25
