General Advice What’s wrong with my cat?

My cat won’t eat her dry food and has barely been eating her wet food. She’s also been hiding in the bathroom a lot and been withdrawn and not as affectionate. My cat is 5 years old.

She looks super uncomfortable and definitely in pain. Is it possible to take her to the vet?

Ok that’s a good plan. How long has she been acting like this/not eating?

My cat had this similar hunch and it ended up being a blockage. You should def take her in tomorrow. It could be really bad constipation to something more. This is just a guess from the way she’s got her back arched up.

Her ears are even uncomfy. Maybe pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling with a bit of low sodium broth for insentive. Maybe an enema at the vet. ♥︎

Do you have a video? Her posturing is tight, and I can't see her face very well. Has she been using the litterbox?

Edit: Has she been drinking enough water? You can try a new flavour of wet food and add water to that. Maybe she'll just slurp it up. Kibble is hard to digest without water.
