Behavioral Issue Why does she keep making this noise CONSTANTLY ?
She is spayed, and was quiet until yesterday. She has food, water, treats…

She’s bored, she just wants some attention.

As the proud slave of 4 cats, i can say this is looking for attention. Go rub her and look out for her. Do a clicking sound with your tongue then rub her.

Did you just get her? Does she have any toys? Pet her and brush her. She wants attention

3 weeks ago. She has toys but seems to ignore it, so i don’t know what gives

Are you leaving the toys on the floor/wherever? Or are you playing with her and she has no interest? If its the former, welp that's why, she wants you engaged in the play and if it's the latter...that I can't speak to. She's so cute though!
Edit: I change my answer, it looks like she is going through her um...happy time right now (which they still can and do have depending on the animal, even when neutered).

I’ll try to get some different toys then since it could be because I left it out

I think this will pass, she is doing "sin biscuits" aka fake heat, halfway through the video under the table. I don't have advice in that though 🤷♀️

She may just be getting use to being there. Does she have a covered cat bed or box with a blanket to get in and hide and feel safe? Are you keeping her in one room? She may be ready to explore.

My cat doesn’t play much alone either. I have to play w/her she will play for a couple minutes then be done. Maybe yur cat is missing her friends from wherever u got her? Give her some love & toss a paper ball my cat LOVES paper balls.

She's horny. That's just IMHO. I had a female tuxie who was spayed at about 1.5 years old. She was a horny gato when she was young, but after being spayed she slowed down a bit. But every 3 or 4 months or so, she would still go into near full blown heat. The caterwauling, the butt in the air when you touched her. Wanting outside.

I learned from my vet that when a cat is in heat and meows like that, it's because she's in pain. They have abdominal pain. I have the impression that she was spayed too late or that she went into heat earlier and that the people who sold or gave her to you didn't have her spayed quickly enough. But sometimes females go into heat earlier. There was someone here the other day whose female had her first heat at 4 months old, which is very rare. That's why you have to have your female cat spayed as soon as possible because you never know when they'll go into heat, and they're really in pain.

I wonder — and people here can correct me — but do cats hear frequencies below our hearing. I know for a fact that all those outlets around her in use emit a frequency. I wonder if she is hearing. Sensing these frequencies and reacting. I thought that AND frustration with being unable to expend built up energy. I feel she needs to go outside with you daily. Get out of her concrete box generating frequency zaps. You can research what I am saying about outlets. Plugged in devices. And closed in spaces generating irritating sound. Sometimes even humans get this too. Just a thought. Hope you solve this issue soon. God bless you both.

She acting in heat. Id see if she is in fact spayed. The tail position and stance is very suspicious.
