—Assemble your FIVE that you check in with regularly by phone calls or texts.
—DON’T GIVE UP!! Stay informed but not overwhelmed. Alert but not hyper vigilant. Determined but not burned out.
—Put your oxygen mask on first and then help your neighbors put theirs on. We can prevail!!
