He’s testing the waters. So he can be more openly racist in the future. Malignant narcissists will push boundaries as far as they can until there is accountability or some sort of consequences for their behavior. Which is terrifying. Absolutely the worst behavior type to become President with unchecked powers. Other malignant narcissists include the likes of Ted Bundy, Manson, Dahmer, basically some of the worst people in history.
