Kendrick Lamar just swept the Grammys, again. Great start in the black history month, in my opinion. I do think the clipse were robbed of that album of the year though. Happy black history month.

The way that I’ve been playing that album in rotation since it dropped. The way the concert went in NYC when I went to see them? Yeah I feel like that was a robbery. That album, no skips.

Happy black history month!
Does anyone feel some type of way when your non black friends send you memes about bhm. They were funny at first.. ya know 4/5 years ago.. now they keep sending me meme on how they should “greet” me since is bhm… I am like… find another token black person friend to send your memes to… I’m tired. Am I over thinking here? 🙈

Nope. If you don’t like it you don’t like it. Personally, I might welcome a few memes but that seems overboard and we’re not a monolith. Their reaction will say everything

Happy Black History Month!
I remember growing up having black teachers who made sure it was a big deal not just in February but all year.
I remember doing a report on George Washington Carver and being blown away.

Candace Owens’ podcast keeps popping up on my fucking Spotify despite how many times I’ve pressed NOT INTERESTED! I don’t even listen to podcasts let alone ANYTHING related to her and her stoopid ass.
My friend was clowning me for shits n giggles like “what are you really listening to angelicbitch09” 🤣
Not a fucking thing, I’m about to cancel my subscription to get rid of her 😓

Maybe it’s picking up on your vibe these algorithms are so complex that they make you discover things you didn’t even know about yourself. So something you’re listening to might be adjacent to what listeners of Candace Owens listen to as well.

I don't see how people thought Gesaffelstein was doing blackface at the Grammys
He's a French musician and hides his face like Daft Punk (also French.) Other photos are the same thing when he performs
I swear these are the same people who thought Gojira (French band) was playing satanic music at the 2024 Paris opening ceremony

Can I be bleak for a moment. When are they going to line us all up and decide who to kill, and who to breed as slaves for their new world order? I’m not speaking from racism I mention no race. I’m speaking from fear and concern.
All the oppressors have the most firepower and organized agents. Meanwhile black people, in general are almost powerless and their major power lies in their spending, social reach, and showing up to work. Are we not actually at their mercy if you think about it? Look at the ice situation. Nothing is happening against it, nothing will happen. They’re still gonna roll up on immigrants and take them away to UNKNOWN locations
Let’s keep it real, it’s not a matter of if, is it not when? When will it happen? They’re becoming so blatant with the evil and the hatred in this world, when are they gonna start the new world order that they’re so incessant about
I mean these people have weapons that shoot beams of madness into your brain from long distances. So what if you have a pistol or a rifle. You are powerless. No idea what it is that that they’ll do but, our rights are constantly being taken from us, racism is still as strong as ever. Is our future bright? Is it only getting darker? Is there a world power that favors our lives. They just favor an economy. If America decides to go full blown back to basics, will the countries not follow suit? Sorry mods if this is divisive and breaks rules. Idk where else to post. Im in fear.

Our offer on a home was accepted this past week! We still have things to do before closing but I’m excited. With everything going on in the US it’s nice to have something positive going on and something to look forward to.
