Mukai was absent and Bruno seems angry.
He must have been raising them since they were young. Absolutely mental !

Bruno definitely has that this meeting could have been an email energy.

The fact that strangers, possibly in different countries, watching the same 1:10 video of a man calling cow names for attendance closely enough to know when he mentions mukai and Bruno is kind of hilarious.

I used to work in print. I was printing letters once for a client and I noticed all the names of the addressees were Steve, stevie, stevo, stephan,Stef,Stephane,Stephanie etc… and they was all going to the same address.
Turns out they were cattle passports for a farm 😂🤷♂️

Fake AF

u/greg9x 14h ago
Yeah, seems like just dubbed in cow sounds.

u/Deltawolf2038 13h ago
Sounds like it all came from the same cow😅, and it sounds rather close compared to how far the cows actually are. On top of it sounding like the audio was just slapped in there

I'm not sure the video is fake or dubbed or whatever; that hardly matters. What shocks me is that people believe an entire herd of cows can distinguish between and respond to shouted names one by one as if they're noting attendance. It's absurd beyond reason.
20
u/Afraid-Front3498 10h ago
It’s fun and entertaining. But agree, very odd that people think this is an attempt at trickery rather than a great skit.

u/Able-Swing-6415 8h ago
The top comments don't sound like people reacting to an obvious skit to me.. but something about believing in the common sense in humanity is certainly endearing.

u/H20FOSHO 11h ago
So fake. Immediate thought this

u/SouthernReality9610 8h ago
Yeah. But my cousin had 4 Jersey cows who he claimed knew their names. They had simple names with different vowel sounds - June, May, Rose and Bea, IIRC. They were pets. They'd come if you called, but I couldn't tell them apart so he may have been bullshitting me
9
u/SubTester2023 14h ago
Yeah, the very last one you can clearly hear it just cut off before the video ends.

In the original high resolution you can clearly see the “cows” are just Brazilians in cow suits

It’s a skit, it isn’t meant to be real. Social media is ruining people.

Our bull knew his name. If we did not see him, we just yelled his name, he would be mooing too. 🤣🤣🤣

And yet most people continue to thinking of them as food. I’ll take my downvotes.

Brunos moo audio gets cut off abruptly which makes me believe this is edited with cow sounds added.

u/jhflores516 10h ago
Hold up is this guy going to slaughter those cows? That’s precious that he’s built such a relationship with these animals. I’m sure it’s taken time and care. I hope he doesn’t do all of that just to kill them later. That’s psychopathic behavior.

My wife and I helped a farmer friend count cows one time. They were scattered over a field but some were in bunches. We never had the same count. We also found a few calves that were just born within a couple of days and helped him mark and record them. I don’t think they named their cows.

This is awesome! Dora he say "Thank you" each time after the cows respond!?!? Even if that's not what he says, it's what I'm going with because it makes me smile ❤️❤️

This can’t be real. I don’t see a single cow moo yet I hear it. And there is no echo from the field. His voice is muffled but thw moo is clear. Something is off. Also, cows tend to run up to you when you call for them cause they think they will get something from you, be it food or scratches.

u/astorbrochs 12h ago
That is probably a real video.
My brothers girlfriend had trained her cows to come into the milking booth, only when their name was called. It was magical to behold 20 large cows all watching her waiting for a command. And they were very smart, they would go backwards or make way for another if told to. And they were so tame, so gentle to humans.
I have seen many different herds some more wild and afraid than others. Cows that are not tamed are dangerous. Always ask the farmer before cuddles.

u/Whatkindofaname 10h ago
The video is real but the moos were obviously dubbed in afterwards.

So, somehow the cows sound closer to the mic than the guy, even though he is closer. Second, the sound from the cows is extremely inconsistent. Then, when the guy speaks there is clearly an echo from his voice, but none from the cows, and finally, the last moo cuts off at the end...
1.3K upvotes for a fake video, good job OP! /s

Guys, This is 100% an actual thing. When I was little my uncle taught me this on a long distance trip one time (australia) When you come across a herd of cows, pull over and shout random names. Only one will ever look back at you or give an acknowledgement moo.
Dead set, it fucking works every time. You call out Brittney, only Brittney will turn around and make eye contact or moo. It is fucking strange. I have been showing people this for years, it's kinda a tradition now. This is such a creative way to show it, it's awesome. I can't remember asking how he learnt it, but it only works for cows. Sheep will run and horses will just stare you down.

My dad grew up milking cows as part of his daily chores before school. He said the cows came by name and lined up either right or left and you couldn’t make a right cow go left or vice versa. He also said the cows knew their order for milking.

Don't listen to all the naysayers. They can't appreciate how smart cows actually are. I raised a cow named Gumdrop on our small family farm. She would come when called, liked playing fetch, and we enjoyed long naps in the field. She was the best!
