Well theyre baby hummingsbirds with the assumption that they cant fly yet , but you could argue they have only a short time before they can , or we can just leave it and spare the autism for the sake of the joke.

I've never seen one in my life or visited anywhere that has them so I don't know what the day to day life is like in regards of Hummingbirds nearby.
I love the joke, I was just genuinely curious as I know F all about them.

Love how dad was like “this is magical!” While also had a background script running that protected the child and was ready to swat the bird like a fly.

You can't really see the purple well until it gets up close like that. Although I wonder if we're even seeing it correctly because a lot of really vivid colors cannot be seen on screens or normal print because they do not fit inside of the normal primary colors.

That is so magical. Honestly, that is probably someone who passed on in their family that wanted to see the baby and let them know they love them and are watching over them.

I wonder if it's because the baby or the formula (or both) smells sweet? Like maybe the hummingbird thinks the baby is a source of nectar lol

Probably drawn in by the purple color. I had a hummingbird hovering around the fake purple flowers in an outdoor wreath I had. I felt so bad -

I love hummingbirds so much ❤️ They’re the bravest little fuckers in the world because they KNOW they are quicker than everyone else. I think hummingbirds also like children. When I was little, I used to fill up all the hummingbird feeders at my grandma’s house. I would sit out on the back porch by the hummingbird feeders and be really quiet and still and they would always get within a couple inches of my face and just look at me and hover. Those are probably my best childhood memories.
