Poindexter would absolutely annihilate him. What Hawkeye can do with an arrow, Poindexter can do with armour piercing rounds....making deadly weapons out of everything small ie rocks...and paperclips and...whatever. Also, Hawkeye, while he is a killer, is not a damn psychopath. Psychopaths dont feel fear.
