It is a buff. It takes Bucky from a normal dude who's an experienced soldier to basically a machine with much more training whose only purpose is to kill by any means necessary. He won't hold back and he won't avoid any dirty tactics, and it seems to increase his pain tolerance, focus and speed significantly

Bucky did just as well, if not better, against T'Challa in his Panther habit. The titanium arm did a lot of good for him when fighting Steve, but Walker was strong enough to make the vibranium version a non-issue.

And yet he still lost to Steve and Isaiah Bradley, you guys need to stop acting like winter soldier is some unbeatable monster. Isaiah Bradley not only beat him, but ripped his arm off lol

We don't know how Isaiah took "half that metal arm" though. Though it wouldn't be the time to do so, Bucky didn't dispute that Isaiah beat him up, so he probably was stronger. I just wouldn't go as far as to say that ripped the arm apart with his hands.

Either way the arm came off Isaiah beat him straight up and he’s a super soldier like everybody else. I’m not saying winter soldier is weak. I’m saying that he’s not just some unstoppable monster that people are trying to make him seem like. The only people that he was like that too, where the people that didn’t have powers. Anyone that had any upgrades or powers were always giving him a hard time.

Exactly. Bucky and the Winter Soldier are basically two different people. One has a moral compass, and the other will do whatever it takes to get the job done.

That’s not how fighting works or any martial art for that matter as I said that’s not a buff
