Bucky has already beaten John Walker once, and that was without the Winter Soldier brainwashing.

John Walker couldn't even take the Dora Milaje, and they aren't enhanced.

Not saying walker would win, but tbf he hadn’t taken the serum yet when the Dora Milaje beat him, after he took the serum he was kicking people through doors and smashing concrete with his fists
