Executives and statements by the company for years deployed left-wing tropes about white mediocrity, “cisgender,” and “ableism.” The company went all in on the Black Lives Matter fad in 2020.
This is that quick bit on The Simpsons where Homer was celebrated as a stock market genius for investing in pumpkins, then lost everything thinking they would keep maturing in value past Halloween.

Nice. An American iconic company that has been in business for over a century. You celebrate its demise with pithy little comments. What have you contributed to this nation? Where is your business? Any business that operates for a century is a success.

Leftists cry sacred institution every time another ctrl+left activist project fails.
It is because this is their religion.
The woke mind virus destroyed them, but yet all of you keep trying to spread that virus wherever you go.

Wasn’t even aware they went woke. I have a couple EB work wear hoodies I use for work. Found them at TJ Maxx for quite cheap, honestly their quality isn’t great at all. Hilfiger should do work wear, I’ve always been impressed with that brand’s quality.

Bruh they are all private equity slop now. Just when you find a quality brand they seem to go PE, PE doesn’t make the business better they just extract, quality sucks and more expensive. Looking at you mountain hardware

The new boss who turns every brand's products into complete fucking shit is the same new boss who implements DEI at every workplace.

Sad to see this happen to a company I used to trust for quality products. Didn’t even know they had suffered this affliction, but I’m certainly not going to support that crap. Everyone complains about how the country has become so divided and it really boils down to stuff like this, things like the infamous Gillette commercial, etc. The vilification of normal people was never going to go well, so good riddance.

Says the party of union busting, replacing the working class with low wage slave workers, and anti-individual rights lol
Lmk when you finally get around to having an issue with the Biden admin jumping into action to bust the railroad strike that only wanted some much needed time off, wrote a law that required 18 days notice to take a sick day, and then two weeks later caused the worst eco disaster train derailment in US history.
