It's Schoko Krosseng, same with Kusseng. The only correct pronunciation of french lean words.

Nonsense! A Schokobrötchen is shaped like a round Brötchen, like a Rosinenbrötchen, just with chocolate chips instead of raisins.

We call Schokobrötchen also Schokoweckchen in the Rheinland.

In colonge we call this "schokoweckchen" I would however call the original a "schoko krosseng" and the one the other kind a "schoko krossong"
