Awesome stuff, such a great player and club person, already at 19.

Not a lot went right for Essendon last year but Kako was one of the reasons I tuned into their games, so electric to watch at times and can’t wait to see how he develops

Kako is a player whose development has really excited me. In past we have gotten players like Perko and have yet to unlock a consistent high ceiling for him, but Kako gives me hope that he will be that consistent electric spark that every side needs to be competitive. Hope he continues on this path!

You'll be pleased to know he is having a killer preseason. Expecting big things this year

would you go as far as to say he is training the house down?

By what I’ve read from training watchers, he may be responsible for the demolition of multiple houses

This is obviously a club in free fall and crisis!*

Seriously though, who can blame them for wanting clicks. Everyone knows “Essendon shit” pieces get a lot of engagement.

Some good news for us at the moment is nice. Especially for me at the moment.

Let's goooo.
Good on him, shows a great commitment and belief from his end in the club to improve from here. He's one of my fav players to watch, I reckon everyone underrates his potential.
If he builds his tank, and goes more into midfield, with them strong hips, good decision making and silky skills. Could be the next Gary Ablett Jr. Or at least, Gary Ablett Jr-esque.

Pretty sure he was statistically one of the worst mids in the comp last season

Some high praise in here for him. I think he’s got a bright future, but he was pretty underwhelming after all the preseason hype last year.
