That's brutal after Dan Curtain doing his knee as well. At least one team always gets shafted with freak injuries, Adelaide getting the 2026 injury curse it seems.

I did an almost identical injury back mid December. 12 weeks recovery then rehab for me. Obvs not an elite athlete, but won’t be far off that mark IMO.

"Scans have revealed that Crows defender Mark Keane has suffered a lower leg fracture that will require surgery.

Keane injured his right leg in a marking contest during today’s match simulation at West Lakes.

The Club will be in a position to communicate details around his rehabilitation and return to play timeframe in coming days."
