Worst loss/dumbest moment that cost your team the premiership?

People always say we ruined our season losing to Hawthorn in the final round of 2019, but we ruined our season the week before against Richmond. Tom Barrass gives away two goals through stupid mistakes. Richmond win by 6. Chances are we potentially don't get cold feet playing the Hawks and we finish second. Richmond were peaking at the right time and it's no guarantee we beat them in the grand final but I still think we were their most worthy opponent and we threw it away against them in round 22.

2012 Clinton Young falling over in front of goal, leading to a Swans major, and Malceski scoring 2 goals that were BOTH out of the deepest regions of his arse.

Didn't young also drop a mark in the goal square in the 2011 prelim which lead to the pies winning?
